Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of lesenok.shop and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Please read them together with our Delivery Information and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

lesenok.shop is the online store of LESENOK, a handmade bike bag workshop based in Lviv, Ukraine. The owner of the Site is Olesia Dediulia. Questions about an order, a product or these terms: contact us.

2. Our products

Every LESENOK bag is sewn by hand. Handmade production means small differences between individual items are normal and are not defects: the position of a print on the fabric, the exact shade of a colour batch and minor variations in stitching may differ slightly from the photographs. Colours also render differently on different screens. If an exact shade matters to you, ask us before ordering — see available colours.

3. Orders

An order placed through the Site is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the measurements or specification supplied for a custom item are incomplete or contradictory, or if the order cannot be shipped to the destination country. If we cancel a paid order, the payment is returned in full.

For made-to-measure items, the measurements, colours and specification you confirm before production starts are the specification we produce to. Please check them carefully — once cutting has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars and include the cost of the item only. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included — see section 6. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.

5. Production and shipping times

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom items are typically produced within 7–12 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–14 business days for Europe, 10–20 for the USA and Canada, and 10–25 for other destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs procedures, holidays and local postal services affect them. Full details are on the Delivery Information page.

6. Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees under the rules of the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns and exchanges

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Customised and made-to-measure items are non-refundable, because they are produced to your individual specification and cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights in respect of items that arrive damaged or faulty.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and send photographs of the item and of the packaging so that we can help. If a manufacturing defect appears in normal use, write to us with photographs and a description — we repair or replace where the defect is ours. Damage caused by crash, abrasion, incorrect mounting, machine washing or normal wear is not a manufacturing defect; in those cases we can usually still offer a repair.

8. Care of your bag

Water protection and fabric life depend on care. Rinse the bag with clean water after muddy rides, dry it open and away from direct sun, and do not machine-wash bags made from laminated fabrics. Care guidance is published in our blog.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — photographs, texts, the LESENOK name and logo, product designs and prints — is the property of LESENOK and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Our products are cycling equipment. It is the rider's responsibility to mount a bag correctly, to check that it does not interfere with steering, braking, the drivetrain or suspension, and to re-check the straps before each ride. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect mounting, overloading or use of a bag that is not compatible with the bicycle.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the workshop is located and from where all orders are dispatched. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The version published on this page at the moment your order is confirmed is the version that applies to that order.
