At LESENOK, every order is prepared with care. Our handmade cycling bags are shipped from Ukraine to cyclists around the world.
Order Processing & Production
Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order and customized bags: Production usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on the model and customization requirements.
Production time and shipping time are calculated separately.
Estimated Delivery Times
We offer international shipping from Ukraine.
United States: Approximately 21 days.
United Kingdom: Approximately 15 days.
Other Countries: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, postal delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
United States
No additional customs duties for US customers!
LESENOK covers all applicable customs duties and import charges for orders shipped to the United States.
You will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
European Countries
Import duties, VAT, and other applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
The amount depends on the destination country and local customs regulations.
