United Kingdom: approximately 15 days.

LESENOK covers applicable customs duties and import charges for orders shipped to the United States.

20. Can I return a ready-to-ship bag?
Yes. Standard ready-to-ship products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original LESENOK tags attached.
For standard change-of-mind returns, the buyer generally pays the original and return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Can I return a custom-made bag?
Custom-made and personalized bags are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
These products are made specifically for individual customers, often using fabrics cut to their chosen specifications.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error with your order, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.
